Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
We do not have a responsibility of loss if there is any package without notice.
Returns & Exchange Policy
▶RETURNS
We accept returns for online orders within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO RETURN IN A RE-SALEABLE CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING SUCH AS BOXES and DUST BAGS.
For refund items, the consumer is responsible for paying the shipping fee.
*For white/ivory items, exchanges and refunds due to change of mind are not accepted.
▶HOW TO RETURN
To make a return with an Online Returns card (You will receive the card with your ordered product.)
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Fill in the returns form enclosed your order .
- Once registered on the portal, we will email you.
- Package your items securely.
- Post the package and retain your proof of postage
Returns need to be shipped at your own cost after registering in a return card. Package the order securely and lightly using a tracked service with your local post office, original packaging is required.
▶CUSTOMS INVOICE
For international returns, you will need to include the name of the product(s) on the customs invoice. Please mark clearly "RETURN GOODS – [name of product(s)]" as a description of contents on all customs invoice paperwork provided by your chosen carrier.
If this indication is not clearly stated, custom duty charges may be applied. Use your original ORDER NUMBER as a reference on your return shipping label and customs invoice.

▶CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to us and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and/or duties and customs fees. Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.
▶REFUNDS
Please allow 3-5 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.
Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
▶FASHION JEWELLERY
Unfortunately, fashion jewelry items are not refundable or exchangeable.
We offer the best quality and sophisticated fashion jewelry that can elevate your look. Fashion jewelry is crafted with unique designs and delicate materials, which complicates the process of exchanges or refunds.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any fashion jewelry items such as earrings, necklaces, rings, hair pieces, custom jewelry, or any other types of jewelry.
For hygiene reasons, we kindly request that all customers inspect their fashion jewelry carefully upon receipt. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please notify the service team within 24 hours of receipt with detailed photos if you notice any minor imperfections. Please retain your proof of purchase for any potential inquiries regarding your fashion jewelry.

We provide Custom Order products that are bespoke and tailored to your specific measurements. These made-to-order items are carefully crafted, ensuring a perfect fit and exceptional quality. The production process requires approximately 7 to 14 days.
After placing your custom order, our design team will contact you for a detailed consultation to ensure all your preferences are met. To ensure the highest quality, our products are handcrafted in Premium 1:1 Private Atelier. We strive to offer you exceptional garments at reasonable prices, providing value beyond the clothing itself.
Please note that due to the personalized nature of these items,EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

▶ORDER CANCELLATION
We are happy to cancel any orders before they are processed for shipping; however, we cannot guarantee changes due to the volume of orders being received.
▶EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer exchanges for the same item, in an alternative size for full priced items only. However, we do not accept exchanges on sale items.
Please contact customer care to request an exchange.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
▶DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like fashion jewellery and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
